Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take? We process orders within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery typically takes 6–12 business days, depending on the carrier and location. Estimated total delivery time is 7–16 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss remains with us until the product is delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout, as confirmed by carrier delivery confirmation.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom and the United States. No minimum order value is required.
Will I receive tracking information? Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. Tracking details may take 24–72 hours to become active after dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my product? Yes. We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.
How do returns work? Simply contact our support team with your order number. We'll guide you through the return process step by step.
When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for the funds to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless you request store credit.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
