Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom and the United States. No minimum order value is required.
Delivery Times
The following estimated delivery times apply to both UK and US orders:
- Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Order handling time: 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit time: 6–12 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated total delivery time: 7–16 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. Avandai is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Carrier Services We ship using trusted carriers, including Royal Mail and other reputable courier services for UK orders, and USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent services for US orders. Tracking details may take 24–72 hours to become active after dispatch.
Shipping Costs Free shipping is available on all orders to the United Kingdom and the United States. No minimum order requirement applies.
Your Right to Cancel
UK Customers: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods for any reason. This is in addition to our 30-day returns policy.
US Customers: Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns and cancellations.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
